How to Make Olive Burger with a Coconut Oil Sauce

Add the olives and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add all of the other ingredients, including the tomato paste and olive oil, to a large pot and bring to a boil.

Add to the olive oil and sautée for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and thickens.

Remove from heat and set aside.

To make the sauce, stir together the coconut oil, olive oil + salt and black pepper, garlic and onion in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Once the sauce is boiling, add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 2 minutes (you may need to add more water as the onions soften).

Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings if necessary.
